Until recently, I was employed at the British Embassy in Manila for 5 years as an Entry Clearance Officer, my tenure ending due to office closure and repatriation of duties. Since I have been working remotely for an Australian Finance company named Maclean Financial as a broker. I am a hard-working and highly motivated individual who takes personal pride at completing my work to a high standard, in an efficient manner. I demonstrate good leadership skills and I am very comfortable in a busy and challenging working environment; I also enjoy the challenge of motivating and encouraging others in order to achieve both company and the individuals’ personal goals. I believe in order to reach our goals in the work place teamwork is a necessity. In order for this to work efficiently and coherently, a great deal of respect and co-operation is required from all relevant parties. Call potential customers to introduce yourself and inform the client of what service we are providing. Take key information regarding purchases and then provide them with a timely and accurate finance quotation. Follow up calls should be made within a day or two and then passed onto a senior broker to complete the deal. We aim to make 200 calls per 8 hour shift and individual targets should be met on a monthly basis.

The UK Border Agency (UKVI) is responsible for securing the United Kingdom border and controlling migration to the United Kingdom. The Agency enforces immigration regulations and considers applications for permission to enter or stay in the United Kingdom, citizenship and asylum. Immigration is one of the highest profile national and global issues. Entry Clearance Officers work as part of a team handling the efficient and secure delivery of UK immigration services.
Entry Clearance Officers directly contribute to the achievement of the four elements that make up the UK Border Agency’s mission statement – security, control, quality and cost. Their work also supports almost all of the other sections within the Embassy through the provision of a high quality, efficient visa service which facilitates smooth travel for key Embassy contacts.

To prepare explanatory statements, refusal notices, complaints responses and to respond to written enquiries from UK sponsors, solicitors, Home Office, Stakeholders etc
Achieve daily targets for the processing of all UK visa application types in line with the Immigration Rules. Refusal rate is in line with RALON guidance for post. Less than 5% of decisions are overturned by ECM, thus contributing to UKVI external customer standards. Issue and Refusal decisions are fully justified and in-line with the immigration rules.

Job Function:
Supports the Casino Manager in the smooth, safe and efficient running of the casino, in accordance with the company’s standard operating procedure.
Assist the Casino Manager to ensure that all the revenue opportunities are maximized.
Monitor the slot and table areas for play that could potentially have a major impact on the revenue of the casino both physically and via Casino Surveillance equipment available.
Enforce procedures and policies relative to all areas of the casino operation – tables, slots and accounting aspects.

Perform a complete audit of the main bank, thus clarifying the funds are accurately recorded and in agreement with the General Ledger shore side.

Job Function:
Maximize the revenues by efficiently monitoring the gaming table action, in an effort to identify and correct any procedural violations; which could affect the security of the games, the enjoyment of the guests or the revenue capacity of the casino.
Assign staff members to the tables with use of a schedule, ensuring dealers are correctly placed, according to business and operational needs.
Supervise all transactions taking place on the tables and maintain an awareness of table win or loss results.
Report discrepancies, suspicious activity or incidents of a doubtful nature to the Casino Management.
Ensure that the appearance of both staff and equipment reflect the very highest of standards.
Provide instructional guidance and training, to improve and maintain standards of dealing referred to the company’s gaming manual.
Complete all required documentation and sign accordingly: table inventory slips; pit error notifications; table fill/credit request; daily rundowns, rating cards; markers; onboard accounts; cards/dice disposal forms and key logs.
Perform revenue counts as instructed by casino management: box count; stacker and /coin counts.
Assist the casino manager in the evaluation process, providing feedback about every facet of a dealer’s job performance.
Audit cashiers’ bank as necessary, thus clarifying that the funds therein, have been accurately recorded.
