Manage portfolio in the areas of CX, additional revenue channels, process efficiencies and improved compliance. The
technology of choice is the Salesforce platform. Solutions span self-service for Government Services provision, authority
affairs, lead to lease, lease operations, call centre, service centre, website development over Sitecore, data-driven
marketing, cloud integration and workplace collaboration through Salesforce flows or Microsoft O365 capabilities.
Main areas of focus:
Lead the teams of Solution Architects, Business Analysts and Administrators who deliver end-to-end projects,
application support, and incremental improvements across DHAM for half of the application landscape, while

Issue resolution. Key contributions include the successful implementation of robotic process automation, OCR,
CAFM, strategic procurement, smart parking and Oracle integrations.
Empower teams by introducing the SCRUM framework across operations and vendors to radiate information and

MITA is the central driver of the Government’s Information and Communications Technology (ICT) policy, programmes
and initiatives in Malta.
Project Manager-
Launch a Framework agreement with the industry to develop online services (1.5-million-euro capital cost)
Managed the whole project cycle including contracting IT services vendors on behalf of MITA, engaging client
government entities and together analyzing, developing, and launching eGovernment services based on the MITA
shared service model.
Over 120 eServices (in Energy, Education, National Archives, Customs, Employment, training, radio
communications, and transportation) were developed using this system.
Through the programme MITA carried out 2 consultation iterations and was upgrading its framework to create
eServices at a lower cost.
