My name is Christopher Brydone and I'm based in Rawalpindi , Pakistan. I quit my regular day job with the United Nations as their Director for Customer Support about 4 years back to ensure I can spend more time with my kids (6, 5 and 1 respectively).
After which I ventured into the world of freelance customer service. During these 4 years I have had the honor of working with an US - Georgia based MLM company called Savings Highway as the Manager for Customer Support and Business Development. I worked in that capacity for a year and then parted ways because Steve Gresham (Owner) had a change of vision.
After which I joined a company in the internet marketing niche know as MOBE (My Online Business Education). I have been working as their Manager for Customer Support for a little less than 3 days. We use zendesk , ontraport , konnektive and has offers on a regular basis as our CRM's. Skype and hangouts is the medium we regularly use to communicate among the team.
I have been responsible in hiring a training various individuals. When I started off, the organization comprised of 25 employees including the CEO which now consists of 215 employees, working remotely and within our headquarter in Kuala Lumpur.
I am currently available any time between 12 am EST to 1 pm EST and have flexible hours to work uninterrupted.
