I worked as a customer service representative for 3 months at one of countries telephone companies, BAYANTEL. When my contract ended, I was hired as an outlet cashier in a prestigious hotel, formerly known, Mercure Grand Hotel, for almost 6 months.Then, I applied and was given the opportunity to worked in a Local City Government for 11 years as an Auxiliary Service Worker. I was first assigned at City Registrars Office as a Birth Data Encoder. After 2 years, I was transferred at City Health Office as Doctor's Secretary, wherein, I review clients laboratory results before releasing their health or medical certificates. To broaden my horizon for professional growth, I entered the BPO industry. I worked at IBEX Global for 3 months as AT&T billing and sales representative then decided to transfer at VXI Global, where I stayed almost 3 years now as a DIRECTV Technical Support, assisting/troubleshooting with our customers who has an issue with their TV, receivers (cable box) or cable connections. Part of my job is to schedule a technician appointment when issue cannot be resolved over the phone. Moreover, I also provide options such as promotional offers (sales) upgrading the packages for customer satisfaction. Fortunately, I was promoted as Tier 2 last year.
