I have solid years of experience as an email, chat, Facebook moderator and virtual assistant in the e-commerce industry. Experienced in handling Shopify, Wordpress, Oberlo, Alliexpress, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Tidios, CRM, Conversocial, and Agora. I am fluent in English and Writing English as well as Speaking.
