I have more than 16 yrs of Business Process Outsourcing experience with a broad range exposure in customer service, customer relations, virtual assistant, Data entry, sales and marketing, lead generation and collections. Prior to doing homebased, I was connected wit IQOR Philippines as Assistant Vice President for Operations wherein I handled financial collections account. I also manages 10-15 spervisors, 6 QAs and 4 workforce people.

I earned my Bachelor's Degree major in Hotel and Restaurant Management in one of the universities here in out city.
