Christine Novia Salim

I have a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems and Management from the University of London, which has equipped me with the skills necessary to manage software development projects and teams. In 2015, I secured my first job at a small IT vendor company and learned the end-to-end process from sales to customer support in security software development.

In 2019, I also took on the role of business development for CRM and Loyalty products. This involved revamping product features, communicating with the internal development team, and creating slide decks and pricing schemas for potential clients. Additionally, I have experience as an Associate Product Manager for Corporate and Retail Banking Products, where I analyzed new features, communicated with the development team in Germany, and assisted in quality assurance for finished features.

In 2023, I managed three projects at one of Indonesia's banks. My responsibilities included facilitating communication between clients and the internal team, creating presentations and Excel sheets detailing high-level and detailed progress for each project. I also assisted in communicating project progress to the internal sales team for invoicing purposes.

In 2024, I assisted a family in managing administrative tasks at a bakery. This involved overseeing HR, finance, inventory management, creating product catalogs, and developing new products for sale.
