I had 6 years experience as a Technical Support Representative/Customer Service Representative in a Webhosting company.
I can process e-mails, ticket and phone support and will do everything I can to assist and give the best customer service for all of my customers. Throughout the years of my experience as a Technical Support Representative/Customer Service Representative I have managed to love the skills that are very close to my personality and that I consider essential to quality customer service, such as patience, attentiveness, clarity, positive attitude, time management, empathy, calmness, promptitude and persuasiveness. I am always willing to learn and will fully familiarize myself with the product in order to provide the best possible support to customers.
I was also an online English Tutor for 3 months. I manage to teach Japanese, Taiwanese and Korean students without age limit. I believe I have the patience and understanding specially in dealing with different kinds of people.
