I've worked in the call center industry for more than 7 years. I've handled different accounts as a technical support specialist and customer service specialist for financial accounts.I answered customer queries and perform troubleshooting steps over the phone to fix their issues. I can do multi-tasking as well. In each and every call, I need to notate customer's accounts and send follow up emails. I am a performer and often hits the monthly target. I can work under pressure and a fast learner.
