I have been in the BPO industry since 2007. With a broad range of experience in Customer & Technical Support, Financial Services, Outbound call center, and lately, I've been remotely working as a freelancer at home.

Since early last year, I taught English online, did VA jobs (project-based), and I am also a moderator for a Facebook job page - catering to my fellow Illongo's__although it's a pro bono job, I enjoy it regardless.

I always have a knack for quality assurance, integrity, and the hunger to learn, that is why I gravitate towards trying new things for as long as it aligns with my professional development.
