Hi! You can just call me Tin. I have a total of BPO experience of 4 years and 3 months. My first experience was with Amazon where I handled Chat and Calls for retail. It was a seasonal account on the company I worked with that time so I've been there for 6 months. I've been a Customer Service Representative and a Technical Support as well for Verizon for 3 years and 9 months and this experience really helped me a lot and made me who I am today. I learned how to effectively communicate with the customers and learned some technical skills that can help me to further assist the clients and customers. I can type 45-50 words per minute and can do multitasking. I can easily adapt to a new environment and adjust at the same time. I am flexible and can handle any types of job.
