I am a dedicated and hardworking individual with experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in sales and food service. I worked as a sales representative at Fine Gold Jewelry, where I developed strong communication and persuasion skills by assisting customers in selecting high-value items, maintaining excellent product knowledge, and meeting sales targets. I also gained hands-on experience handling customer concerns professionally and efficiently.

In addition, I worked as a service crew member at Shawarma Sandwich Corner. This role taught me the importance of teamwork, time management, and providing excellent customer service even in fast-paced environments. These jobs helped me develop a flexible and reliable work ethic, which I carry into any position I pursue.

I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Criminology from Central Philippine State University. Although my degree is in a different field, it provided me with a strong foundation in discipline, research, ethics, and attention to detail. It also honed my ability to remain calm under pressure and think critically—skills that are valuable in any profession, especially when working remotely as a virtual assistant.

As I shift into the world of virtual assistance, I bring with me a willingness to learn, basic computer literacy, and a goal to grow professionally. I am familiar with basic office tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and email platforms, and I am currently learning more about data entry, calendar management, and other admin tasks. I am confident in my ability to support clients by being dependable, organized, and proactive.

What sets me apart is my positive attitude, eagerness to improve, and my ability to adapt to new environments and challenges. I believe that with the right training and guidance, I can become an efficient virtual assistant who adds value to any team or client I work with.
