Hi, I am Christine Gonzales, 30yrs old and currently residing here at Lipa City Batangas, a graduate of Bachelor's of Since in Nursing. I worked with 3 different BPO companies those are Alorica, Concentrix and SimpleMenu and I've been in this industry already for 5 years as a Customer Service Representative where I completed numerous of training courses. My job there include experienced CSR of international accounts, handling and assisting customers concern in different communication channel like phone call, emails, chat and text messages, my task also includes keeping records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents following procedures, guidelines and policies. And doing extra mile of service to engage with customers which enable me to gain expertise in this field and be promoted to a higher positions. My positive attitude, work ethics, and long-term goals align with the job requirements, making me a committed and valuable asset to the company.

My previous Manager commended me that I do my job smartly and effectively everytime he checked my outputs and after receiving commendations or positive feedback with our customers that I have assisted. I am the type of person who is friendly, easy to get a long, a type of employee who is very workaholic, with strong dedication and passion to my job.  I can say that being detailed oriented person with active listening skills is my cup of tea and I am feeling positive that this company will provide a new horizon where I can unleash my idea of Customer Service Support Job while honing my gained abilities. and that is me
