I worked for Jetstar Airways as a travel consultant then was transfered to a new account which is P&O Australia as they are in need of skilled and well experienced agents to handle their pioneer account. I was a Cruise Specialist. We book reservations for our passengers. We make sure that everything is all set before their cruise. We also answer all inquiries they have prior to their departure. For new cruisers, we walk them through our website to help them choose the cruise holiday they want then if they are ready to make a booking, we ask them to call us back. We also have some add ons to make their holiday extra special. For example, they will be celebrating anniversary on the cruise, we can add a cake for free with special message. We also have packages at our restaurants onboard that they can purchase prior to their cruise. For some places that they will visit, we have shore tours that they can choose from and can be added on the booking. We also handle post cruise concerns like lost items or credit card issues. We want our passengers to have a memorable cruise.
