I was a technical support a year ago. I did some trouble shooting and a password reset based on the tools that we have. I was also a customer service representative on the same company before I moved to a technical support. I also know how to handle customer personally or through telephone because when I started to have my first job it is all about handling customer. I am actually willing to learn new things specially when there are opportunities. I am hardworking, goal-oriented and focused when it comes to the task that is given to me. I always put effort in every thing that I do. I want a long term, stable job where I can help my family and also my employer to expand the company in the future. I am looking forward to a better future with a better company.
