I have over 20 years of experience in facilitation, project management, leadership development, talent mentorship, and budget administration, while developing organizational strategic objectives using best practices in methodology and quantitative and qualitative evaluation. I have a seasoned ability in being able to navigate complex issues with successful outcomes.

My latest work has been in the nonprofit realm leading a small organization, but I am ready to move back to my roots in program and project management. Before I worked in the nonprofit sector, I worked in the corporate sphere as a Client Technology Manager. My clients and teams were based in multiple countries on five continents, requiring remote communications and extensive project management to keep everything on track, on time, and within budget parameters.
