I was working in one of the most prestigious call center company here in our city. That was the most challenging opportunity from all the job that i have tried so far. Working in a BPO was so new to me, having no ideas what will be the exact job because i was in a medical profession and in a sudden, fall into telecommunication job. Though it was so challenging but it gaves excitement learning the process and the routine. I have adapted so well, the BPO environment. There was no dull moment being into it, and i loved the job. As a customer/technical service representative i learned how to gain rapport over the phone and even with the most irate customer. I developed more my skills in documentation, data entry, data encoding, appointment setting and few more virtual office task. I learned to be more flexible and diligent.
