I am a manufacturing leader with over 20 years of experience spanning Quality Assurance, Plant Management, and Innovation leadership. My career began in QA, where I built a strong foundation in compliance, audit readiness, and quality systems—ensuring products consistently met the highest standards of safety and performance.

As a Plant Manager, I expanded my expertise to include operations management, people leadership, and end-to-end manufacturing performance. I successfully led teams in achieving improvements in productivity, cost control, and cultural alignment, while maintaining a strong focus on employee development and engagement.

Currently, as an Innovations Manager, I apply Lean Six Sigma, Value Stream Mapping, and continuous improvement tools to identify line losses, reduce waste, and improve OEE. My approach is to drive efficiency while preserving quality, safety, and people development—ensuring sustainable and scalable results.
