One thing has always remained constant: my passion for creating exceptional customer experiences. I’ve transformed frustrated customers into loyal advocates, improved response times through smarter communication workflows, and trained new representatives on how to connect with empathy rather than just follow scripts. Nothing is more fulfilling than seeing a customer’s relief or gratitude after resolving an issue, those “thank you so much” moments remind me why I do what I do.
In addition to my customer service expertise, I bring solid experience as an eCommerce Manager. I handle product listings, store backend auditing, and team management to ensure seamless operations from start to finish. I’ve worked extensively with platforms like Shopify, optimizing product pages, refining listings for SEO, and maintaining consistent brand voice and visual standards. Even if it’s auditing the backend to streamline navigation, improving conversion rates, or coordinating with design, marketing, and fulfillment teams, I ensure that every moving part of the store functions smoothly and efficiently.
My biggest strengths lie in communication, emotional intelligence, adaptability, and problem-solving. I can read between the lines, understand what customers truly mean, and respond in ways that make them feel valued. I take ownership when something goes wrong, no excuses, no finger-pointing. I fix it, learn from it, and make sure it doesn’t happen again.
If I have a weakness, it’s that I sometimes take customer issues too personally. I’ve had nights replaying conversations, thinking about how I could’ve made someone’s experience even better. But I’ve come to see that as a hidden strength — it means I care deeply, and that care drives me to continually improve.
