I worked as a Technical Support Representative for DELL Computers a

BPO company in Alabang. My responsibilities in this role included providing Technical Support for

customer who needs technical assistance on their Computer hardware and software issues; In 2010 I

had a chance to be a part of Virtual Assistant based in California and worked there for 3 full years, I

fulfilled roles assisting Real Estate Brokers with their Database, Cold calling task, Broker Price Opinion

analysis and much more; In 2013 I became an IT Helpdesk Analyst later become a Desktop Support in

ATOS solutions, I supported end user issues with their Virtual Desktop including inhouse AD and Prod

Apps runs on their VM Profile, including Thin clients, VPN, Mobile and VM pools; I became NOC

Analyst in 2016 at CBN Asia a Broadcasting Company and part of the Call Center Project where I

became the Lead for the Project, I dealt on Users VM Profile, Network, VIOP issues and Networking

Terminations, user Provisioning, Monitoring and Collaboration with VMWare Engineers counterpart in

the US. I became a NOC Engineer/Engr Specialist at Verizon Business where our main role is

Administration of clustered Call Managers with CISCO our main platforms, I were a Voice Engineer Tier

2, Incident Manager whenever there’s a site Outage we managed, All this positions has given me key

employability skills while also allowing me to experience working in a professional and fast-paced work

environment. March 2019, I was hired an NOC TL in a tech company that handles gaming platforms which
