BPO company in Alabang. My responsibilities in this role included providing Technical Support for
customer who needs technical assistance on their Computer hardware and software issues; In 2010 I
had a chance to be a part of Virtual Assistant based in California and worked there for 3 full years, I

Administration of clustered Call Managers with CISCO our main platforms, I were a Voice Engineer Tier
