● Instituto de la Propiedad, here in Honduras
○ I have been in charge of the transition for the Car Plate
Program for the whole country. The objective is to assist
the end user, owner of cars, Transportation units and any
other State Gubermental Institution in need of this
process. Being at all times agile and also retaining the
customers paperwork in the most professional way.
○ Managing the database nationwide, always informing and
reporting directly to the Board of Directors. Additionally,
managing the process and improvement of plate changes
and re-registration to shorten times and minimize errors
that previously occurred.
○ Currently supporting the Citizen Attention Center by
organizing processes, facilitating inventory and control in
the plate warehouse, and supervising document
reviewers to prevent false documents, incorrect
authentications, and expedite the review process.

○ Managing budgets and the financial aspect of the
