In addition, I bring valuable experience as an E-commerce Specialist, having worked with Shopify as a Merchant Support Advisor, assisting entrepreneurs in building, optimizing, and managing their online stores.

Currently, I am working for a SaaS company that develops third-party apps for Shopify, providing chat and email support for both a loyalty rewards app and a dropshipping app. In this role, I assist merchants with app setup, troubleshooting, feature optimization, and overall account management to help them maximize their store performance.
