I've been in the BPO industry for over 8 years and I've been in 3 companies. I worked in TaskUs and I am a customer service (email support), we sent an email to our customer when they rented a car. The 2nd once was I am in Alorica for 4 years and I handled a Telco account. And lastly, I've been in Collective solutions for almost 2 years and My account was a Towing company and transferred to Escalation. I have a lot of skills like computer literate and many more.
