● Guiding customers through the necessary steps to diagnose and fix the problem,
including checking settings, running diagnostics, or suggesting software/hardware
fixes.
● Helping them to set an appointment date just in incase they are not able to settle
monthly bills.

we can offer to them: the latest devices, such as smartphones, tablets/iPads, and

● We ensure that we provide the best service for the restaurant owners about their
needs, such as order issues, reimbursement, menu concerns, bank account
concerns, and POS and tablet troubleshooting.
● Order Issues and Reimbursement - We investigate every order that was reported as
canceled orders, wrong orders, and orders that weren’t received. We make sure that
every order has valid evidence before we process a reimbursement. We are also the
ones to help and provide them with the monthly reports for their sales.
● Menu Concerns - We make sure that everything online is precise and updated, such
as store hours, menu items, correct and updated menu prices, and updated images
for their menu items. In case they have promotions and sales, we are also helping
them with the idea to make sure that the restaurant is able to show the marketplace
by boosting their sales and maintaining good reviews.
● Bank Account - When it comes to bank accounts, we are making sure that there is no
fraud going on in the account and making sure that everything is updated and all
necessary information is attached and able to make sure to receive their monthly
earnings.
● POS and tablet troubleshooting - We are also helping our clients so that everything
will go smoothly on their end by making sure that every device, such as a tablet, is in
the correct condition to avoid any cancelled order or missed order. We are also
helping them to troubleshoot with their devices if they encounter some issues, such
as a weak battery or screen. We provide them and send the new device for their
business.
