I worked as a customer service representative in one of the top call centers here in the Philippines. When I was about to graduate, I worked in Telus for more than 1 year handling AOL accounts because I want to learn how to deal with people. Then I was accepted at JP Morgan Chase Bank as a Team Lead handling merchant disputes in their credit cards I was also lucky to handle a team answering escalations and administrative work while I was reviewing for my board exam. Working in the customer service field, I gain a lot of experience and knowledge. The last job I had outside before I focus on my review for my board exam was in the field of construction as a mechanical engineer for a year. I gain new knowledge because I was in the repair and maintenance team of heavy equipment. Right now, I had a part-time job as a Virtual Assistant/ Customer service thru another platform for Airbnb located in the UK. With the expertise, I gain as a customer service representative and the knowledge I had for repair and maintenance I know that I can contribute and perform my best.
