Hi my name is Jedd. I have an extensive experience in the Bpo industry specializing in travel. I worked for Orbitz - one of the biggest online travel agencies. While working with Orbitz I gained inside knowledge of how the travel industry works.

My responsibilities as a Travel Agent included handling inquiries, book flights, hotels, land transportation, excursion activities, etc., and handling various customer service needs as well as coordinating between travellers and My most recent job was with Sirius XM - the only Satellite Radio provider in the US. My responsibilities included Account Activation, Billing and Account Management.

My years of working in a culturally diverse and fast-paced environment enhanced my ability to deal well with people of different backgrounds. I work well under pressure and have a keen eye for details.
