I'm a chemical engineer Specialist in industrial processes, i have knowledge in a wide variety of industries like food industry, mining, construction, logistics, project management and research & development, my main specialty is the process optimization in order to achieve the best results with the available resources. I can create a complete KPI's set to measure and understand the process and then take the best decisions to achieve the goals and objectives. Also i can colaborate in work teams to design new processes or to modify the actual process. I can manage teams and lead that teams to improve their performance based on the capabilities of each team member and growing their talents.
