I am a resourceful professional with more than 11 years of experience in circulation, merchandising, and client account management. My career began in the publishing industry, where I worked as a Circulation and Merchandising Officer, handling the end-to-end process of magazine distribution, sales, and advertising support. Over the years, I developed a strong skill set in operations, reporting, and client relationship management that has prepared me to excel in administrative, sales support, and lead generation roles.

In my previous role, I managed five magazine titles, overseeing consignment sales, building and maintaining relationships with bookstores, restaurants, and other business partners. I planned and coordinated distribution routes across Metro Manila and provincial areas, assigned delivery quantities, and tracked inventory levels. My work required high attention to detail and strong organizational skills, as I was responsible for preparing daily and weekly reports using Oracle/Empire systems and Microsoft Excel. I also processed and fulfilled more than 60 online orders monthly through Lazada Seller Center, ensuring accurate data entry, timely delivery, and consistent client communication.

Beyond circulation, I contributed to business development by editing and customizing advertising proposals for potential clients.
