Currently, I am working as a medical coder(Risk adjustment medical coder, Hierarchical condition category(HCC). I started my journer as a coder on October 2022 when I enrolled in a academy lecturing medical coding for CPC exam. It took me 3 months of lectures and after that I took the exam last March 2023. Gladly I passed the exam in my first take.

Then right away I decided to look for a job that is when I was hired by Optum.

Before I decided to take medical coding. I was a Radiologic technologist. I had been a Finance operations associate too. But medical coding is what I think I see myself settling.
