Career Highlights:
I started working in the BPO industry in 2009. As a trainee, I achieved becoming Trainee of the Month in my batch. After working for 9 months in the company that I was with, I was promoted to a Sales position and a few months after promoted to supervisor in charge of handling a team of agents. The peak of my career in this industry was becoming a department head where I produced top agents and accumulated awards for my department for excellent performance.
My longest stint in the BPO Industry is with my current company Open Access BPO. I started as a Community Content Associate who does content moderation for Glassdoor. After which an opportunity opened to be a Branding Specialist for the same account. My latest post is as a Team Leader for Branding and Implementation team. I am most proud of my work with my current team because I helped in building the team from ground up. I helped in setting up the team for success, but I was not able to do it without great colleagues who had the same goal.

Position 1: Community Content Moderator 2016 - 2018
As a Community Content Associate, I am tasked to moderate/screen all incoming materials from users of the Glassdoor website. In doing so, I am to a follow a strict set of guidelines. These guidelines help me decide to publish or not the material. I also handled application of users to access their profiles on the client’s website. I screen these applicants to see whether they should be granted access or not.
Position 2: Branding Specialist 2018 - 2019
As a Branding Specialist, my main task was to do the initial Enhanced Profile builds for our client’s customers. Once an employer signs up and has a profile created for them, me and another teammate would brand their profile for job seekers to be able to connect the company to their profile our client’s website. After a few months, an additional task was added to check and updated account information in relation to the Applicant Tracking Systems. Since our client also can connect a company's profile to their ATS, we were tasked to check company websites and updated client information on Salesforce.
Position 3: Team Leader Branding and Implementation Team 2019 - 2020
My task as a Team Leader for the Branding and Implementation team is to monitor, QA, coach and other administrative tasks. I am handling 4 Branding Specialist who do Branding and Implementation work for our client. Our team handles initial builds of Enhanced Profiles, special requests on content that customers want to see on their profile and implementation of client's purchased products (from EP, Jobs and Display products).
Position 4: Group Team Leader 2020 - 2023
I am responsible in overseeing the account and its Team Leaders/Managers as well as client’s needs for the different LOBs under my account. The account I handle have 4 different LOBs with 1 having 4 different sub-LOBs. I was responsible in handling 66 employees (this includes 8 Team Leaders/Manager).
Position 5: Program Manager 2023 - present
Program manager handling Taskrabbit account for OAM. Main responsibilities are client communication, program KPI management, employee management (engagement and performance) and overseeing daily operations. I am responsible for handling 98 employees (inclusive of 8 Team Leaders/Managers and a QA Team Leader).
