Christalyn Serafica Alibangbang

Hi there! I am Christalyn Alibangbang, a well-equipped product of Mindanao State University – Naawan with a BS in Marine Biology course. I am a researcher, ecologist, also an educator preparing for my licensure, and a goal-driven woman with 11 months of work experience as a Non-Teaching Staff (Administrative Support) in the Department of Education. In 2020 after a year of finishing the Teacher Certificate Program at Saint Francis Xavier College, I pursued my postgraduate studies for me to develop my knowledge and aim for continuous learning with the course MS in Marine Biodiversity at Davao del Norte State College. Today is my second year and now proceeding with my thesis. Fortunately, it was answered prayer in the year 2021 since I received a letter of acceptance to Fleming College, Ontario Canada, and got enrolled for the first semester. It was one of my greatest achievements so far even though my application was deferred due to unexpected circumstances. 

Amidst the pandemic this year 2022 month of May, I saw a lot of job posts and shared posts on the success of freelancers. So, this time, I did my research out of curiosity about the job trend for Virtual Assistants and I tried to join a freelancer’s masterclass for three consecutive days. It took me weeks to realize that maybe I should change my career path or views on the job market. Meanwhile, I saw the DICT-Digital post regarding an application for a scholarship in General Virtual Assistant on my Facebook wall so I grab the opportunity and luckily got accepted. I am passionate and eager to learn to become a certified Virtual Assistant. I believe that the professionalism that I have combined with my passion will lead to a successful career and my goal has been set to be the best Remote Assistant and willing to extend my help to the needy.

I do online services such as administration, marketing, graphic design, and creative writing. My work availability is 40 hours or more per week and may include weekends and holidays. I am open to part-time or full-time jobs.
