Job Description
Allocate/distribute tickets and change funds to Senior Transport Development Officers, Station Officers and or authorized ticket sellers/retailers. Manually sort out and responsible for the safekeeping of all tickets collected at the stations. Distribute/collect ticket magazine and cash boxes collected from the station. Perform physical counting of the contents of the cash boxes collected from the stations. Receive/safe keeps remittance of sales from the Station Officers, Senior Transport Development Officers and authorized Ticket Sellers. Prepare ticket and change allocations per shift per station. Deposit cash collection to the bank and/or witness the counting of cash collections by the bank representative. Prepare the necessary reports like the in/out of cash, in/out of tickets or the ticket distribution and issuance both pre-coded and fully coded and the remittance of each ticket sellers per shift. Prepare daily sales report. Responsible for the replacement of all ticket magazines in the automatic gates for the passenger ticket jammed and for fixing automatic gates.
