I have worked as a customer service and sales representative (inbound and outbound collection, verification and retention or customer relations) for almost 4 years and have experienced being a virtual assistant under Verde Building Solutions (a real estate company in North and South Carolina) and a Verification Agent (email support) with one of America's car rental company (Turo). 

Some of my numerous experiences are handling complaints, displeased customers for collection and retention accounts with Telstra (Australian telecommunications company) and Virgin Media (United Kingdom's telecommunication company), providing the best possible resolution that is beneficial not just for the customer but especially for the business or what we call sound business decision, proper storing of customer information for privacy, sending and responding to the emails of the customers, competent knowledge in MS office particularly in excel and experienced and knowledgeable in Zendesk and Citrix.
