Chrislin Earl Cauzon Damian

I am a hardworking and motivated Information Technology graduate from National University Baliwag, with a specialization in Mobile and Web Applications. I have hands-on experience in both IT Technical Support and Mall Operations, giving me a well-rounded background in both technical and administrative tasks.

During my time as a Mall Operations Intern at SM Center Pulilan, I worked closely with the Building Admin and Tenant Relations Officer. I assisted in day-to-day operations, helped prepare reports, monitored tenant sales, and responded to tenant concerns. This experience helped me develop strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills, all while working in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

I also completed my IT internship at Intellismart Technology Incorporated, where I served as a Technical Support Intern. My responsibilities included diagnosing and fixing employee laptop issues, managing user accounts through Active Directory and Outlook, and setting up internet connections securely using Sophos Firewall. I regularly installed software updates, maintained biometric attendance systems and printers, and provided remote support via AnyDesk to ensure efficient resolution of technical issues.

These combined experiences allowed me to build a solid foundation in both people-oriented and tech-driven roles. I’m comfortable working under pressure, handling confidential data, and providing support to both technical and non-technical users.

I am currently seeking a full-time job where I can contribute my technical skills, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn. I’m open to working in IT support, operations, or admin-related roles. I’m confident in my ability to adapt quickly to new tools and environments, and I take pride in being a reliable team member who’s always willing to go the extra mile.

I’m also eager to keep growing—whether it’s by learning new systems, getting certifications, or simply gaining experience through day-to-day tasks. I value teamwork, efficiency, and a positive working environment where I can contribute and grow professionally.
