Professionally, I’ve worked as a Virtual Assistant specializing in admin support, executive assistance, customer service, and social media management, supporting real estate executives and e-commerce businesses.
I've worked as Real Estate Executive Assistant to one of Keller William's team lead at New Jersey and Philadelphia wherein I've helped the team stay organized, handled the team's social media platforms by using Zoho for our Google Business, Facebook, and Instagram, I've also handled the admin side wherein I use FUB to track agent and clients development. I also send daily text and emails using FUB, check daily emails, I also check the documents for the closing of the transactions, check the commissions of the agents and upload it on our google sheet for our records. I also use our team's Google Drive to save our files. We use Calendly to schedule deadlines with our clients and MLS for the listing details.
