I'd been in a call center industry for almost 5 years. I handled customer account as my first campaign, assisting clients with their account and billing issues ; take and process orders ; dealing with customer inquiries and complaints ; and offering product service information to persuade service upgrade and make sales .
I was then up-trained as a technical representative supporting cable and internet services and rarely, deals with some phone concerns. Primarily troubleshoots the technical problem, sets up technician appointment and complying a daily call report. I make certain that customers issue was resolved or the best and appropriate resolution have been provided. Customers satisfaction from the services represented is always my priority.
As a call center agent before, data entry and research are an essential part of the job. I make sure that significant information on the call was properly documented . At the same time, I do the research to provide the customer with the accurate product and service information .
