I have been in the Customer Service field for eight consecutive years. I take pride in keeping my customers happy. I possess excellent written and spoken English and interpersonal skills and is highly-trained in handling customers’ inquiries/concerns and resolving complaints through phone, chat, and email. In addition to this skill, I also have great sales and marketing skills.

I had an administrative role in a fast paced BPO industry where I worked as a Subject Matter Expert. My major responsibility focuses on coaching and training agents in terms of improving customer interaction and offering advisor's guidance. 

I am a conscientious person who works hard and pays attention to detail. I am flexible, quick to pick up new skills and eager to learn from others. I am looking for a great long lasting project where I can grow, and develop my skills even more. I'm able to adapt very fast, focus, hard-working, flexible, and I bring a lot more to the table.
