Chloe Poon

Hi, my name is Chloe, I was born and raised in Hong Kong, and later on, I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications at the University of California, Davis in 2014.

My latest work experience was at a Shenzhen, China-based Real Estate Company called No.1 Business Holdings, where I was promoted from Brand Supervisor to Manager & Director of Global Network since 2016. Previously, I’ve held different marketing & branding related positions in Cathay Pacific and L’Oreal, and now I’m traveling full time and looking for opportunities online so I can work remotely.

I’m fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin, and I’m a great people person who absolutely loves meeting and interacting with people!

My passion is in cooking and traveling, and I love telling stories. I believe interactive and engaging conversations are effective in grabbing student’s interest and attention, while building their social skills, travel inspirations and cultural appreciations throughout the class. I believe I am a great fit to teach online with my diverse background and experience.
