My first year journey at Amazon was primarily focused on a variety of specialist time and attendance tools such as Kronos MyTime, PeopleSoft and Payroll Central etc. These have been assisting me in broadening my knowledge on the time and attendance processes. As a part of my job, I have been closely working for employees working in US, Canada, Mexico, Costa Rica, UK and India where I had the chance to interact with the employees at various levels across Amazon. So, I am extremely comfortable in interacting with the clients in order to build their trust and finding out their requirements comprehensively to ensure their satisfaction.

I have gained further experience in the later year of my journey in the areas of Project Management and Team Management through the promotion at Amazon, where I have had the chance to lead a team of 40-50 people. I could adapt easily to the work culture and got acquainted to the team members, who became trusted associates throughout my time here. My responsibilities included documentation for the project and presenting the status of the project to the managers, stake holders and customers. So, I can work collaboratively well with customers as well as with my team mates. I was commended for my attention to minor details and my meticulous research ability. I am fanatical about precision and order. I enjoy solving problems and the challenges associated with them.

Since Oct 2018, I’ve been a part of WFA Team, HR Department, HSBC under Randstad’s payroll. I’ve been working as an Sr.Onboaring Consultant at HSBC. Here I’ve been working on SAP-Success Factors on a day to day basis generating Staff IDs and amending start dates for New Hires, Rehires, International transfers, CWR and CWR to Perm employees. Also I work on Taleo to retrieve the candidate’s data for multiple tasks in a daily basis. I’ve also worked on PeopleSoft and GHRS to retrieve employee’s data.
