I've worked as a Transaction Processing Associate (Data Analyst) in a BPO company for 3 years. Primarily, we handle US utilities account. We manage and analyze meter reads and we bill the customer on a daily basis. We use Meter Data Management and Customer Care and Billing as our ERP systems. We ensure a 100% accuracy from processing the data to delivering the results. We coordinate with the clients through email for any concerns or inquiries.
My recent work experience is as a Premium Billing Specialist handling US healthcare account, also, in a BPO company for more than 1 year. We are responsible in processing and preparing invoices, either we create it manually based on the given data or the invoices were being provided and just arrange it according to the standard formats that the client has given us. We also do reconciliation to determine and capture the discrepancies between the compared sets of data. We do the entire process using Microsoft Excel. We also communicate with the clients through email for any clarifications and additional information.
