I am an educator (teacher) with over 4 years of experience, I have worked as a merchandiser, and I have experience in customer support, and customer management skills. I am innovative with a tenacious work ethic. I am also a freelancer on IT support, and Virtual Assistance. I am familiar with CRM tools, Microsoft Word and Google Suite and can easily adapt to any tool because I am a fast learner.

I continually take courses for my advancement because I believe in continued self-improvement. I am a great team player and not one to shy away from responsibilities. I love helping people and possess analytical solving skills.
