I enjoy the satisfaction of customer when they have their needs met and this means putting in the needed work to achieving that.
With the appropriate training, I can work with little or no supervision.
When I’m not working, I am either out with my best friend or going through previous works that I’ve done to see how I can improve on myself.
I started my career as a customer care social media officer with United Bank for Africa. There, I helped with account opening, transaction disputes and general inquiries of the Bank. Nearly one and half years later, I moved to being a Customet Support Specialist with Teleperformance.
It is safe to say that customer support is my chosen career. And although I am not afraid of change, I would like to climb the ladder in the department.
I prefer working remotely because I am more productive that way and gives room for self-development.
