My role sits at the intersection of operations and communication. On one hand, I manage the day-to-day flow of work keeping inboxes organized, calendars aligned, follow-ups handled, and tasks moving without constant reminders. On the other hand, I represent the business on the frontlines through customer support, making sure every interaction is clear, timely, and leaves people feeling heard.

Whether it’s coordinating tasks across tools, handling client conversations, or keeping internal processes structured, I focus on making things simpler and more efficient.
