I am a bim specialist and a scan to bim specialist of about 10 years experience with a vast knowledge in infrastructural design, engineering consultancy, smart design presentations and project management.

I am currently working with PERNIX FEDERAL LLC as the bim structural engineer in USA New Consulate Compound in Lagos Nigeria, I prepare structural coordination drawings, ensuring that that design features and MEP models are coordinated accordingly.

I have the ability to coordinate project models in relation to existing real time features using Scan to bim proficiency in the digitization of Egbin Power Plc the largest power generating station in Nigeria with an installed capacity of 1,320 MW consisting of 6 Units of 220MW each.

I have used a lot of Building Information Modelling apps like, Revit, Civil 3d, Naviswork, Plant 3d, Recap Pro, and BIM tools for Reality capture such as 3d laser scanners to execute different projects.

Closing business deals are what I pride with, I have audited COMPANIES for seamless BIM adoption and migration into BIM implementation is my competitive advantage. and that helped to close the EGBIN Power project deal.

With the use of Lead generation apps like LEMLIST, LINKEDIN to network with industrial leaders, closing deals through disruptive sales has become easy.

I am also an instructor, that have trained company's like JEFCON ltd, BUILDSAFE NIG, Government personnel on BIM adoption and Bim workflow digitization.

I am eager in pushing more boundaries of innovation and I understand teamwork synergy in project deliverables.
