My transition from a BPO setting to freelancing was a natural progression driven by my desire for greater autonomy, flexibility, and the opportunity to leverage my skills in a more independent capacity. During my time in the BPO industry, I developed strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments. However, I found myself craving more control over my work and the projects I pursued.

Recognizing the growing demand for remote work and the rise of freelancing opportunities, I decided to explore the possibility of transitioning into this dynamic space. I began by assessing my skill set and identifying areas where I could offer value as a freelancer.
