My name is Chika Sylvia Madukwe, and I am a Customer Support Specialist and Executive Virtual Assistant with two years of hands-on experience supporting clients across retail, logistics, and administrative operations.

I did not fall into this work by accident. Helping people navigate difficult situations and making complex things feel simple has always come naturally to me, and customer support gave me the perfect place to put that to use professionally.

Over the past two years, I have worked across two very different environments, a fashion retail brand and a transport and logistics company. Both taught me things no course could. I learned that customers do not just want their problems solved; they want to feel heard first. I learned how to stay composed when things go wrong, communicate clearly under pressure, and manage high volumes of interactions without letting quality slip. On some days that meant handling over 50 customer inquiries before noon. I showed up for every single one.

I am proficient in CRM tools including HubSpot, Zendesk, and Freshdesk, and I work comfortably across Trello, Monday.com, Slack, and Google Workspace. But the tools are honestly the easy part. What I bring that cannot be listed anywhere is the mindset and genuine care about whether the person on the other end of that conversation walks away feeling better than when they arrived.

On the virtual assistant side, I have managed executive calendars, restructured inbox systems, maintained client records, and coordinated remote workflows, always independently, always reliably.

I am currently focused on building long-term relationships with international clients and remote teams where my work genuinely makes a difference.
