My name is Chika Onyekwe, I am an accounting graduate with several years of work experience in different sectors. Some of the sectors are education sector, insurance sector, banking and finance sector, just to mention but a few.
I have an excellent command of English language, passing my IELTS exams with good score is proof of that. Besides having a good communication skills, I am a great team player, I work with little or no supervision.
I have 7 years work experience in the banking sector. I worked with one of the most reputable banks in Africa. While I worked in the bank, I was saddled with so many responsibilities. Some of the responsibilities I had was: taking care of customer complaint, issuing of credit and debit cards to customers, issuing of cheque books to customers, preventing and investigating frauds.
While I worked in the bank, one of my greatest achievements in the bank, was introducing several accounts to the bank and also helping to prevent fraud.
I won a couple of awards for my timely processing of transactions.
I recently completed a training on how to become a virtual assistant, lead generation expert and Airbnb host. The training section lasted for a period of 6 weeks. During those six weeks, we had different coaches educate us on how to be an efficient and effective virtual assistant.
The training, was one of the most impactful training section I have participated in.
