Executive Summary
Digital Factory is a mobile ad-tech company with micro-fencing solutions that help clients
drive increased consumer engagement, utility and revenue via their brand apps. Our
capabilities, experience and strategic approach drive significantly positive results, as well as
lasting client relationships. These qualities make us an ideal candidate for the project and a
reliable resource for Chingos Tech.
Following Digital Factory’s initial capabilities review and our follow-up conversations with
Chingos Tech, Digital Factory began developing a proposal for systems and strategies to
enhance customer engagement for the products and services offered by Chingos Tech.
The program will leverage Digital Factory’s innovative micro-fencing technology with an endto-end engagement strategy to deliver value-added brand content, whether it's sending a
notification about a flash sale happening nearby or inviting users to participate in a loyalty
program upon entering a store.
Digital Factory’s approach to fulfilling the project will be accompanied by lead times,
deliverables and possible costs. This is a draft proposal, so any details pertaining to the
program can be further developed, revised or fine-tuned following deeper discussions
between Digital Factory and the Chingos Tech Team.
Project Aims and Objectives
Digital Factory will partner with Chingos Tech to develop and execute a targeted mobile
micro-fencing campaign to drive awareness and engagement for Chingos Tech. Our aim
is to encourage Chingos Tech app users and customers to increase interaction with the
app and drive attendees to the Tech, while also increasing sales growth for Chingos Tech.
The Approach
1. Chingos Tech Mobile Micro-Fencing Campaign
- Promote Micro-fences in targeted locations in Nigeria, United States and
United Kingdom
- Leverage location relevance to drive Chingos Techtraffic with well-timed and
well-placed offers and promotions
- Deliver value with useful content at relevant locations
- Help drive awareness, and loyalty via the delivery of accurate proximitybased content to fans while they are inside/around areas that are relevant
- Deliver broad awareness of promotions and initiatives, including activities,
sweepstakes and other events through the Chingos Tech app
2. Share timely, value-added content to Chingos Tech customers, deepening their
engagement with the app and improving their overall experience
- Leverage location by micro-fencing key areas
- Geo-fence around targeted locations
- Send notifications/pop-ups to customers on their mobile devices for new
offers and discounts relevant to their choices
3. Deliver relevant promotional content, including promotions, content, offers and
videos
- Chingos Tech-related offers near and around the targeted locations
- Option to micro-fence key shopping areas and retailers around to connect the
customers
4. Option to drive traffic to targeted locations before, during and after an event
- Micro-fence locations as well as competitor locations to aid the market for
Chingos Tech

Digital Factory will hugely support the market value for Chingos Techby providing the

1. Micro-Fencing Campaign Setup

Geo-Fence and Micro-Fence Configuration: Establishment of geo-fences and microfences around selected locations, including shopping areas, event venues, and
