I have experience in administration and my duties are as follows:
· Handling administrative requests and queries from senior managers
· Planning meetings and taking detailed meetings
· Act as a point of contact for internal and external clients
· Develop and maintain a filing system of invoice payments
· Schedule projects and ensure assignments are carried out as planned
· Maintain and organize company’s facilities
Previously I, worked as a Data Analyst at SABRE Business World in Harare and my duties were :
· Transfer data from hard copy into excel documents
· Document information from weekly stock take and write a report on the sales of that week and the stock that is available in different departments
· Gathered information for an online business database with companies in Zimbabwe
