Role: Hu man Resource Generalist
Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment efforts - Identifying candidates by utilizing multiple sourcing strategies including LinkedIn,
employee referrals, advert placement etc. Assisting in the coordination of recruitment - job description, advert
placement, shortlisting, reference checks etc).
Planning and managing of new staff induction/ onboarding activities.
Planning and organizing the implementation of training and development programs.
Liaise with management to drive and promote the Employee Value Proposition, ensuring its effectiveness to help
attract and retain employees.
Monitoring and driving the company’s performance management system; ensuring employee performance aligns
with the organizations vision and objectives and close gaps where necessary.
Ensuring confidentiality of all HR documents, and proper filing of employee information. I also maintain an

Handled and managed all travel logistics and activities (invitation letters, visas, hotels, for both staff and
expatriates)
Prepared reports on office budgets/expenses and worked with finance and management team to set administrative
budgets.
Organized board meetings (bi-annual/annual) for stakeholders and directors.
Maintained an effective management of Admin inventory processes, policies, and procedures, supervising the dayto-day operations of the administrative department.
Supervised fleet management and allocation.
Managed the procurement of all office consumables.
Managed the prequalification of vendors and suppliers and kept an updated database for all vendors.
